With this frame (10116NG) the lowered seat catches your eyes and is formed with a curved swingarm and a matching Drag Tank (50530). The frame is custom made for each desired engine, fork and band width.
1600CC Lowrider for Johan
Johan a customer wanted to build a bike and had some specific needs. First, he wanted a nice engine. He also wanted to have airsuspension so that the bike can be lowered on its frame when parking. The front and rear wheels needed to have wide rims, fat tires and special drum brakes. Last but not least he wanted a specially made extra solid Springer fork.
And if we also wanted to make sure that the bike as a whole would have a real Bobber look. This is what we have made so far.
Early Shovel Chopper
We started with the construction of a Highneck Chopper for Michel. We’re going to use an Early Shovel block and a 5-speed with kickstarter.
The hardtail frame is specifically built to let the smooth lines come out nicely. Both the above and rear tubes are curved in a radius. The wheels are from billet aluminum and the brakesystem will be a hydra drum brake.

High Tech Fat Springer
The KH Boardtracker
Are you inspired by the Discovery series Harley and the Davidsons? We sure are! It’s nice to see the competition between Harley Davidson and Indian (now topical again).
In our hearts the founders were real men, how they started is really awesome and very recognizable. In the series, it’s also great to see that a group of men (and a women!) were tinkering with each other, the basis for a real motorcycle club.
Racing with motorcycles is not really our thing, but it sure feels good. That’s why we don’t want you to miss this; the KH Boardtracker version.
The front and rear wheels are both 21 inch with original drums. Home made tank from that era, a few rough looking exhausts, round oil tank with a see-through glass and brass cap, steering wheel with reverse handles and wooden handles on an I Beam springer.
We are still working to bring the shift side a bit more from the right to the left. because this shifts somewhat more pleasant.
Photoshoot – Highneck for Frank
After five years of not having driven the jitters to build something arose again. This came to be because a friend of customer Frank had a engine and transmission that he could take over for a nice price. Frank wanted Highneck in Exile style, bare with not too much craziness.

Evo engine in black and chrome
This new old familiar Evo engine, equipped with 1600 cc in black and chrome, will be used for a Bobber build.
We already have mounted a Horn airfilter and we will also add Knucklehead covers.
To be continued…!
Treasure from the shed
You don’t see it a lot anymore, a bike that sat in a dark corner of the barn for 20 years. We were the lucky discoverers of this genuine shovelhead with character.
Sportster Hardtail Frame for 240mm tire
Are you looking for a frame for a 240 mm tire? We have the solution.
With a Sportster Hardtail Frame we can make customized frames according to your requirements.
Vintage Tank
For ongoing projects it makes sense that we’ll make a tank that gives the chopper its very own look.
This tank will be used for a HK boardtracker.
Gooseneck Frame
It isn’t old and it isn’t new, but a style throughout the years.
Trends come and go. The Gooseneck is not only suitable for a 70s style, but also suitable for a mix of styles. The Retro Springer, Wassel tank, the Early Shovel block with new technology and a 5 gearbox with hydra clutch.
Photoshoot – El Diablo
Customer Arie has let us build this chopper with only modern parts.

Hardtail frame for Evo engine
This style is a reminiscent of the 70s. This is evident from the hardtail, drag pipes, sissy bar and high ape-hanger with a long retro jumper.
This model only has a 200 mm wide rear wheel and a narrow JJ tank.
Blade Springer in chrome and color
We’re finishing a boardtracker where we’ve used this blade jumper (30900ST).
The swingarm is painted in the old original green color of the bike. The leaf springs, swings and the forks are chromed.
The handlebar has inverted vintage handles (1203240) which are reversed handles with cable control. On the brake side the cable goes over to a hydraulic brake reservoir to control the front brake.
The whole is completed by a very old headlight!
