Customer Fred bought at L&L the main components in order to build a chopper in the Jesse James style. He himself had a Shovelhead engine lying around. After that we (hip, hip, hurray) got the task to make a rough as possible Chopper. Well that’s what we love. By email we kept in touch with Fred to continue to show him what we had thought of each time.
We wanted to keep the rear fender as short as possible, fenderstruts we made ourselves and also the battery box, license plate holder, coil suspension, heelcover for the beltdrive and the wild Exhausts. The breast plate in the shape of a spider’s web (a nod to Mr. James) is all homemade.
