For the retro springer we’ve made a handlebar that bends slightly forward after the steering plate giving it a fast appearance.
This edition has fitted with reverse handles.

Yuri is a boy who helps us when we need a hand during open days and shows.
Meanwhile, his own chopper has been finished for a while so it started to itch again. Looking around in our second hand treasure room, Yuri came across all kinds of 70s parts and made a small sample with it.

Handlebar for Retro Springer
During the build of this project we’ve bend the handlebar to fit the shape of the tank. The vintage look is achieved by working with a reversed brake and clutch handle. The handles are furthermore carried out in leather.

Huge turnout open day in Rijen
Last weekend we had our annual open day in Rijen. We showed off all our finished and rough finished choppers.
From early in the morning on Saturday the visitors were already there and the visitors continued coming until closing time. Of course, there were many existing customers, but we could also welcome many new faces.
The enthusiasm for our build projects and our custom parts was enormous. We have experienced this as very pleasant and therefore thanks!

Usually, our customers come from Europe, but in this case we are sending the frame and oil tank to a customer in America.
Hydraulic Drum Brake for a Springer
From earlier on, the Springer had a mechanical drum brake with cable. Very nice but you couldn’t count on it too much.
For this construction we chose a drum brake with hydraulic power and also a nice look!

Forward Controls Made by hand
Forward controls are generally milled and cut.
But in this project we are busy with making a lot of part by hand and have chosen this time to make the forward control with the grinder, drill and by forging.
