For the Springer fork we have a handlebar in various styles.

Sportster KH Freestyle Boardtracker
The KH 1952 Sportster falls in between the Liberator and the Ironhead Sportster. It is something that we have not used before.
For the design we opted for a Hardtail with a single downtube.
The front and rear wheel are both 21 inch. Both the rear and the front have the original drum brakes and are fitted with special tires.
The springer is in an I Beam version with lots of details such as a 20s tank with homemade cap, an oil tank with see through glasses and copper pipes, a boardtracker seat and the foot switch that has been brought from right to left!
Harley Rocker Special
Gary, a fanatic builder from London, was looking for a special hardtail frame for his Rocker. A rear tire of 240 mm, a low seating position and a spider web were his wishes, he asked if that was possible?
L & L loves challenges and tries to make every wish possible, this is the result!
Vintage Springer Handlebar
For the springer fork we usually make a custom handlebar. Here we have opted for operation by cable with reverse handles and brass details. The leather handles are finished in gray chrome.
Vintage oil filter for the TwinCam
We’re not really that excited of the oil filter covers from the catalog. So that’s why we designed a vintage oil filter for the TwinCam project that matches perfectly with the black and aluminum of the cylinders.

Customer Marc is hired by owners of yachts as captain to sail over the sunny Mediterranean. Marc came up with the request to build a bike that looks rough and that he could use even when going to his employers.
This is the result, a beautiful bike with many details.

I-Beam springer in L&L Style
With the chopper of customer Mark we’ve used an I-Beam for the connection between the triple-trees and the lower frame.
This is continued to the springer and with an L&L Style front fork.
Hardtail for the Twincam
The Twincams are coming more and more on the market and to build a chopper with it, we have Hardtail frames in all shapes and sizes.
This example is a bobber with a 200 mm band. We have switched to a chain for the drive, to create a real bobber look.
Retro Springer with hole pattern in frontfork
When building a chopper, a hole pattern is often used in the design of fenders, forward controls, battery boxes etc.
In addition, we have extended the hole pattern to the Retro Springer.

Showpieces on the open day
Youngster Rino has opted for spraying with a rough metal appearance.
At the KH Boardtracker we went for the Indian red.

The KH Boardtracker is approaching its final phase and will certainly become a crowd puller.
Sleeve Springer with ribbed plates
For Michel, our customer from the Early Shovel Freestyle Chopper, we continued working on the springer front fork. After some time working on the design, this has become the result.
The springer is equipped with ribbed triple trees and we have fitted the front and rear fork with sleeves. The front fork part naturally runs with round shapes to the springs. The whole is completed with a Tillerbar handlebar (formerly a Swedish handlebar).
