Highneck Chopper

It has been a while since we were allowed to build a Highneck Chopper. The customer Peter got the heart of the chopper, the engine, from his old chopper.

We have re-used the engine, gearbox and the transmission. See here the end result. We have used a hardtail frame, long springer front fork and black powder coated wheels and various beautiful details.

I-Beam springer in L&L Style

With the chopper of customer Mark we’ve used an I-Beam for the connection between the triple-trees and the lower frame.

This is continued to the springer and with an L&L Style front fork.

Hardtail for the Twincam

The Twincams are coming more and more on the market and to build a chopper with it, we have Hardtail frames in all shapes and sizes.

Sleeve Springer with ribbed plates

For Michel, our customer from the Early Shovel Freestyle Chopper, we continued working on the springer front fork. After some time working on the design, this has become the result.

Sleeve Springer
Sleeve Springer

The springer is equipped with ribbed triple trees and we have fitted the front and rear fork with sleeves. The front fork part naturally runs with round shapes to the springs. The whole is completed with a Tillerbar handlebar (formerly a Swedish handlebar).

Chopper AttacKIT Frame

This is another nice build of an attacKIT frame. To enter the 70’s we’ve used a chopper with a standard fork. The sissy bar with King and Queen saddle gives you that a seventies feeling and with a cheerful fishtail that makes it complete. In the attic we still have a whole lot of 70 years of handlebars.

Gooseneck Frame

It is not old and it is not new, but a style that remains popular over the years. Trends come and go but with the Gooseneck you can go in all directions and is not only suitable for a 70s style.

It’s also suitable for a mix of styles, the Retro Springer, Early Shovel, Sportster block, you name it we make it!

Hardtail frame for TwinCam

The TwinCam is a block that was born in the year 2000. We are now 18 years further so it is logical that this block is now also used for a different design and style.

We have a TwinCam Hardtail frame for a Bobberstyle, an Old Skool and everything in between.
