Vive la France
Our French customer, Thibault, had an engine and gearbox lying around and was looking for a suitable frame.
You might be wondering how a Frenchman ended up at L&L, but it’s not surprising since we’ve been operating in the French market since 2007 and are well-known there.
His wish is a sleek chopper, and this frame is sure to fulfill it.
Flow-glide voorvorken
The Flow-Glide is one of the forks manufactured by L&L.
These lower legs are suitable not only for standard-length forks but also very well-suited for longer lengths.
The most commonly used is the one with a rounded bottom (as shown in the photo with the choppers), but we also offer variations.
From left to right: the long-tip model, the lip model, the bullet model, and the short-tip model.
Lex Bobber
Lex had this Bobber built by us a few decades ago, but due to circumstances, it had been sitting unused for a while.
Now he has time to enjoy the Bobber again, but it was definitely due for a makeover. It’s special for the builder to have this creation back in the shop for restoration!
European-made 80-spoke wheels
For customers who value high quality, we supply European-grade wheels.
From 40 to 240 spokes in chrome or stainless steel, also available with brass nipples.
Basic Old School
We transformed a Bobber into an Old Skool for the client, naturally with an attack kit frame.
The brief was to make it as basic as possible, but with his favorite chopper tank.
We’re quite pleased with how it turned out, if we do say so ourselves!
A Boat Trip with the Royal Navy
It used to be my dream to sail with the navy, but unfortunately I was rejected because of my glasses.
That’s why I seized the opportunity to sail on a navy frigate after the NATO summit in The Hague, thanks to a connection we have on board.
After a very interesting tour of the ship, there were demonstrations with a helicopter and the onboard cannon, the Goalkeeper.
This cannon fires 4,200 rounds per minute – that’s 70 per second.
And finally, the F-35 fighter jet. We were already close to the harbor, so the jets were no longer allowed to fly at low altitude.
All in all, a very impressive day!
Chopper ‘ready to go’
Frank’s Chopper is finished and ‘ready to go’!
The tulips are still in bloom so a good time to pick up the Chopper.
Together with his buddy they are going to explore the North Cape.
21 inch multi-spoke rims and wheels
On the photo on the left we have the standard width rim, this is the most used.
In the middle is an extra narrow rim meant for the slim chopper build.
On the right the extra wide rim for the 120 mm or 130 mm tire.
WL Liberator Boardtracker
The riding wheel section is assembled for the customer. It is built in a Boardtracker style with two high wheels, a special front hub with dual braking on both sides, and a customized Springer front fork.
Sportster 70s Chopper
The 70s Choppers stand for “no worries mate” and that also includes matching paintwork. The paintwork has a special meaning for the customer, taken from life.
The Kings and Queen saddle is upholstered for a comfortable seat. On to the first test ride on the chopper!

We make it easy for the enthusiastic builder.
The chopper parts as shown for a price of € 5495,-. The mixture of various parts is of course negotiable.
If you need guidance after the purchase, we are happy to help the less experienced builder!
It is also possible that we take care of the raw construction for you and that you then finish the chopper yourself.

15 inch rims
For a traditional Long Bike, among other Bikes, we have rims in aluminum, stainless steel, chrome and raw steel.
The Sporty Oldskool in Black
We are putting the finishing touches on the construction of the Oldskool Chopper. The finish is mainly in black, such as coated trumpet exhausts set, frame, bracket and paintwork.
If the weather permits, we can make the first test kilometers. After the completion, those kilometers are important to deliver the chopper perfectly. Of course, the chopper is provided with a personalized self-built license plate.
