If you’ve got a project where brass is reflected in the theme than the gold chain 1001103 is a nice detail for the finishing touches!
Shinka Chopper – Photoshoot
Normally we tell a story about the project, but now we’ve allowed the customer to speak.
Quincy; I was looking for a Japanese Zero style bobber. The Japanese Zero style is characterized by the angle of the front fork (this is somewhat placed down), the lack of a front fender, the gooseneck at the front of the frame, the relatively small tank and half the rear fender integrated with the rear light.

Hardtail frame for TwinCam
Ultimate chopper frame for the Old Skool Bike
This frame is suitable for transferring all the parts to the donor bike. With the standard fork you’ll also have a low ground clearance which is a must to make an Old Skool Chopper.
Vintage New Generation
For Michel we’re going to build a chopper where different styles are going to be used. The different styles are combined in a new style called “Vintage New Generation.”
So
HM Beltcover
If we build a chopper with a primary belt drive it’s often the desire to use a cover. Now of course we can take a (non-creative) primary belt drive from the catalog or we make a Homemade one.
With this project, we’ve retained the shape of the wheel in the beltcover.
XXL Bobber
On this project we’ve made everything thicker for the customer. A 200mm front tire with an extra thick and wide springer and a softail frame with extra thick tubes. Not to mention a 1600 cc Panhead block and a 240 mm rear tire.

Sporty 1200 CC Bobber
We have a raw build bobber on sale with a licenseplate. This sportster has a 1200 cc engine, black retro springer and 16 inch wheels. The fat tank makes it a true Old Bobber.
It goes for a price of € 12750.- to the new owner!
New Skool Chopper
Customer Arie has let us build this chopper with only modern parts. You can see our DF Dragstyle Softail frame for a 280 mm rear tire, thick black L&L Fat-glide fork and striking Contrast Cut wheels.
We also made a petrol tank with the flowing lines of the chopper, a matching handlebar and of course a few wild performed black exhausts.
Multibolt Triple Trees 30381DA
If you’re building a chopper with a Upside down fork. Then you need to have triple trees that are in proportion with the fork. That is why we’ve chosen for the Multibolt triple trees in a polished version.
L&L goes for a Sportster Pan edition
With a Sportster Block you can make many varied creations, here we have one with Panhead lids and a polished carburetor. Also a wild air filter can’t be missed.
WL liberator Hardtail frame custom made
The liberator is an engine that is used more and more in the Chopper – Old Skool builds, that’s why we are working on a frame where not only the engine but also the original gearbox and casting is used.
We continue to innovate at L&L!
Here you can see a hardtail frame with an I-Beam connection between the block and the triple tree. This frame is made for a Dyna TwinCam block and transmission. Further more we have a 18-inch rear wheel with brass spoke nipples and a 200 tire mounted on the chopper. The front wheel is 23-inch.
The rear fork of the springer is an I-beam design and the front of the springer is going to be something special. The tank, exhaust pipes and rear fender are also Homemade.
Forward Controls Black
These forward controls (40730QU) are formed with an oval slot, ribbed pegs and finished in black.
